Welcome to the Centre for Climate, Society, and Environment (CCSE) at Jagannath University (JnU). We are a visionary initiative dedicated to addressing the urgent challenges posed by climate change and its intricate interactions with human societies and ecosystems. As the global climate crisis intensifies, our mission becomes increasingly vital: to conduct comprehensive research, develop innovative solutions, and inform policy-making in this critical arena. At CCSE, JnU, we recognize that tackling the multifaceted challenges of climate change demands an interdisciplinary approach. Thus, we bring together experts from diverse fields, including climate science, social sciences, economics, public policy, and environmental studies, to foster collaboration, research, and education. Our team comprises researchers from JnU and allied disciplines, alongside relevant experts from other institutions in Bangladesh and abroad.
